Scott,,,, Front passenger footwell. add a sub?

I have this extra 10" Sub laying around doing nothing, its a free air cerwin vega stealth series from 1992. yup you read it right. Its still in perfect condition.

I was thinking of building an enclosure to sit under the front floormat ont he passenger side to house the woofer. I know it would mean shortening the passenger footwell a bit, but I think I can pull it off.

What do you think?

I will relocate the factory equipment in that place, and the non factory alarm unit as well, to give me maximum depth. I figure I can stand to lose a few inches down there. I just dunno what a sub there would sound like, but I'm willing to give it a go. I have the wood, and I don't think it should be too hard to pop in there and have it hooked up to see what it does. It wouldn't be a permanent install.

In anycase, Just looking for your input. I think I'm going to try it to see what the sound is like and what it does to the sound.

Alon
