Dashboard Speaker Removal on W124.

Hi Guys

Please detail me on how to access the Dashboard speakers on a W124 Mercedes E 230 model. Also please let me know if "PIONEER" 13 cm speakers would be suitable to be mounted on the Dashboard in place of the current original speakers.

Photographs on the removal procedure will be appreciated.
