I bought a CD Changer for my '97 E420, model MC 3196NA. I installed it last night and it was a rather simple process. I plugged in the CD and voila, there was power but the magazine won't eject. I took it to the garage and asked the mechanic to look at it. He tried to use his old credit card to help release the magazine without success. He said it looked like the guy who sold me the CD changer left two CDs in there and they are now stuck. Can someone give me some help and "show" me how to unlock or release the magazine. Thanks.
