Analog to digital phone issue

I have read the old posts on being able to use modern digital phones through the wired system originally geared for analog phones. Has anyone solved this over the last year?? Is there now a way to use the radio keypad, speakers, microphones etc ?
Thanks in advance!

I also have an analog MB installed phone. I when to Verizon and got a shared line for twenty bucks. I find it safer to talk thru a speaker phone since I travel alot. I have seoarate numbers and I do not get charged for an analog call. Do not know if this helps but thats what I found to be the most inexpensive way.
