I got it done. The wiring harness I got was wrong. My connector at the amp was a single connector as it was with the head unit. I eneded up cutting the wires. I also connected the dash speakers. The dash speakers were at the head unit. I also had to cut the trim piece to fit the new stereo. It all works.
