So I have the day off today and I decided to take the dash speakers out and inspect them. But I'm stuck right now trying to remove the drivers side speaker grille. For some reason the rear hook closest to the glass won't let go and I thought it better to ask before using force.

Are there any tricks to removing this grille? I've looked at the DIY section and from that it looks like it should easily pull out. Why is it so difficult?

Can you tell I'm frustrated!
