Who makes this unit?

Can anyone tell me who makes the head unit that comes stock in a 1999 S320? I thought I had heard somewhere that they are manufactured by Alpine?

I want to add AUX inputs for satellite radio/iPod and have found a converter for the CD input but it only works for Alpine M-bus or a different one for Alpine Cdi-Net. Anyone know if either of these would work? Any other solutions other than FM Modulator?

Thank you!
