Spray on wheel cleaners--safe???

I bought s bottle of spreay wheel cleaner.

The instructions say to spray on wheel and let it sit for NO MORE than 15 seconds.

Are these sprays safe? For wheels? For brake components?

This particular spray is made by Meguiars.
