3M Rubbing Compound from Autozone (not as abrasive as you would think) should take that right off. And you are going to have to remove some paint to get that stain out...but believe me, you won't miss it! lol The amount of paint that you are actually removing is pretty insignificant.

I have not had a problem with it staining my very light blue car, and everything seems to stain its paint. I'm sure there is better stuff out there, but it has been working well for me.
