Removing the leather of w126 automatic front seats
I have looked at threads describing removing the front seat leather on manual seats for 126 cars. But the threads seem to talk about manual seats only. If you have electric adjustable seats, it seems to be a different process (you cannot simply pull the seat cardboard out of its tracks and remove the leather). Anybody know of a thread that describes the leather removal process for electric seats?

you must power the seat front to rear to get the bolts out of the track. I think that it is the two purple wires, put plus on one and minus on the other to get it to move. Look at the motor that controlls for and aft movement to get the correct color wires. The seat bottom comes off like normal after the track and back is removed (difficult).
