Remove sticker on paint
The previous owner of my 1987 300TD put a large paper stick on the paint next to the licence plate. What is the best way to remove that?
I think it has been there for a long time so it is very brittle. I tried to scrape it out with my finger nails and they started breaking up but still very difficult to remove. Thanks.

I believe someone mentioned a commercial product some time back, but the name escapes me - it may be in the archives, but I haven't tried it myself. I found WD-40 useful in removing the left over glue from debadging, and my wife has used it to remove labels from a glass jar. Good luck!
