Meguiers Scratrch X

I had to remove some sratches on my hood in an area of about 5 inches in diameter. It looked like a neighbor Cat did the Mexican Hat Dance on it. For the first time, I tryed Meguiers Scratch X and was very pleased with the results. The important part to me is that it did not leave all those tiny scratches from rubbing, and this product is for hand use. I probably applied it about 3 or 4 times to get these scratches out. I also rubbed fairly hard with a 100% cotton towel as per instructions. I have used other swirl removers and scratch removers, but they left the dull tiny sratches from rubbing with the towel. One in particular is the Meguiers swirl remover, which gives the best results when you use a buffing wheel. So, if your not good with a buffer , do not use one. Other wise Scratch X might be the one for you. And , if you can feel your scratches with your finger nail, Scratch X will not take them out, but will smooth them pretty good. This was done on a white paint job which hides flaws good. I will be trying it on a beautiful black paint job soon, wich shows every flaw. It comes in a black oversize toothpaste tube with a big red X on it. Oh and the CAT, well, the Dogs are waiting to add him to there "head collection"

She's still on the fence, but I highly doubt it. Cars just aren't her thing.
