Where Can I get Daimler Benz Windshield Sticker

Can anyone point me toward a source for a Daimler Benz windshield sticker that I can phone order or buy on line. I need the correct one for circa 1988, not a modern Chrysler Benz one.

Thanks for your help,

Apparently if you're a Mercedes Benz Owners Club of America member you can get them for $1.50, but the membership will kill ya!

Larry,
I have had three windshields replaced in my 190E. State Farm hates me. Everytime they get me a new sticker. Check with your local body shop or glass shop. They should be able to help you.

You mean to tell me that if I buy a new Mercedes, it's going to have a sticker on the windshield that says Daimler-Chrysler? My God, is nothing sacred anymore

This may be a silly question.
Why would you want one.
Took me 1/2 hour to peel mine off when I bought the car.
I HATE stickers.

115-584-06-40 is the part number you need Larry. Get them at the dealer, cost is about $2 or less (I paid about $1.50 for the first one and a touch over $2 for the replacement when I got a new windshield in Arizona last year).

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help. I'm about to get the windshield replaced and want them to put it in place on the windshield before the windshield is put in place.

It is 100 miles to the dealership and I won't be going to Dallas for some time.

BenzOnline,

The sticker on the new cars certainly are NOT the same as was put on the '88. The sticker on my '01 car says "a Mercedes Benz Product."

Thanks again for the help,

I thought the sticker just said "A Mercedes-Benz Product", not Daimler-Benz or Daimler-Chrysler?

All my 123's said "Daimler Benz" as does my 124 car. As I said, my new car, built since the merger says "Mercedes Benz Product."

Have a great day,

Does anybody have the part number for the W123 series, circa 1980? My windshield was replaced before I go the car and I'm a stickler for detals. Thanks.
