Lightbulb Zymol or Mequires ?

Which is best? I talked to local Auto Zone and most of the guys there say that many are switching from Zymol to Mequires NXT. Has anyone else decided that this is good? What has been your experience?

I think TurtleWax Platinum is easier wax. No hard work on trims, rubbers. . . . .
But I do not know whether it lasts long.

NXT warning: KEEP OFF FROM VYNYL, RUBBER and CLOTH SURFACES.

There are various level of warning about trim.

Do not . . .

Not intended for . . .

Can be used on . . . ..
(no warning at all)

i bought some NXT today. i am not a detail buff but i also don't go through car washes.

i usually use mother's wax, and it shines okay for me. however NXT is a little easier to apply and buff off. i also notice it does take off some minor scratch marks. i wouldn't notice the difference between the 2 waxes.

but it does what it advertised. so i suppose it is okay?

i was gonna go for the eagle 1 nanowax, but this is $5 more so i thought it had to be better

Smile Meguires > NXT

I've used the NXT. Sure works well, easy to buff and takes out scratches. I'll probably try others to see which is best. I think it's your on personal experience, by which you'll decide the right wax for your MB.

Besides personal experience there are test results from CR, Guru, . ..
In these tests, condidtions are carefully controlled for fair comparison.

In CR report, I saw that cheap Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell lasted longer than Mequiars Gold.

By the way, I saw a personal web page that indicates that full synthetic wax attracts dust more. He waxed half of his hood with full synthetic, and the other half with wax containing Carnauba.
In the picture he posted, the half with full synthetic had more dust.

STOP!

I take it back! Zaino is awful! I have no opinion!

I have created a monster here! There must be 5000 Posts on this subject on the board! I don't want to start another discussion on Zaino!

We will fill up the server!

Sorry to all!

Teflon coating

I was told that Teflon is better than all other waxes.

Any wax is good!

But yes, preferably Ive been using mostly Meguiars Gold Class and the OEM wax from the dealer which is specially formulated from Meguiars for MB Paint.
