Anyone to proofread my 300D ad?

Since many on this forum know more about the '87 300D than I do, can some of you check if I made any error either factual or gramatical? It's at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2486986101&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT

Nice car, nice ad.

A couple of things I noticed:

- why is the ACC set to min? Makes me thing the ACC system isn't working properly.

- nice clean wheels but they belong on a 107 or 126. 124 and 201 wheels have rectangular slots.

My 87 300DT has the exact same wheels as the one pictured here. While I don't know my cars past, I've always wondered if the last owner had a set of summer wheels and tires and winter wheels because there were Blizzack snow tires on the car when I bought it from an auto auction and if you are right about there being 126 wheels, this could be why, in my case at least.

Other than appearance, is there differance in dimentions, such as hub centering?

Your terms are contradictory. One place it says the auction will end at a given time unless buy it now is used. In another place you say you will end it at will. Sounds pretty flaky to me, but that is typical of ebay auctions.

I was watching an auction on a Ferrari the other day, the price was too good to be true, car located 15 miles from me. The entire auction vanished without a trace within a couple hours of its ending time. Flaky.

I marked your auction and will watch it, any disappearing acts up your sleeve?

OOPS, I see it closed already, congrats.

The wheels are correct for the 1987 300D. The holes are a bit more oval on the 1986-1989 W124's. I believe that 1990-onward W124's had wheels with the rectangular holes.

I didn't know that. I thought all > ET25 wheels had rectagular holes. All the ones I've seen for sale are that way.

The thing that stood out the most is that the car is now SOLD.
