I wouldn't take the intake off just to clean it unless I knew I had performance related issues I could trace directly to a blockage. OTOH, with any sort of gasket issue or turbo problem, I would go ahead and plan on doing something to clean the intake.

Twitchkitty's mount looks much better than the job I did. Marlene's is happy to hide out underneath the aircleaner, Lilly's is happy to be there too.

Glad to know I'm not the only one that bends the turbo oil line out of the way to get that damned mount out of there. How stupid was that idea to run an oil line over a removable piece? Jeez.
