Wet floor in my 300TD wagon

I just replaced the rotted piece of foam tubing that I believe directs the AC condensate out of the black AC box and through the fire wall. But I still got water on the floor when driving with the A/C on. I noticed some condensation on the exterior of the AC box. Are there any other drain ports on the box? Where else could the water be coming from?

It is not coming from the sunroof drain pan--all rock solid -- or windshield gasket.

The water is on the driver's side--both front and back.
Thanks
Richard

How much water is it?

Are you sure it's coming from the AC?

Which car did you do this on?
Body type is W what?
The A/C box uses two drains, with those foam tubes, one passenger side and one driver side of the transmission hump.
Did you replace the passanger side only?
I am confused and tired, please post a couple of pictures.
Thank you and good night.

The leak is on my 85 300TDT. It is definitely A/C related since I don't detect additional water when it rains or with heavy morning dews. I replaced the tube that is above the transmission hump--seemed to be closer to the driver's side. I didn't see any other drain ports on the A/C box.

I think a 123 only has 1 drain port. It is right on the centerline of the car.

A picture would really help here.

My best guess:
The case drain is plugged; water is building in the case and coming out a seam.
Condensation on the outside of the case is an indicator.
Another possible answer:
The evaporator core is freezing from the bottom up = turning into a block of ice = plugging the drain and leaking from a seam or vent tube.
What is the R12 low pressure reading?
If the pressure is off, adjust it = add or subtract R12.
If the case drain is plugged, some throat culture Q tips and a ShopVac should fix it.

Reamed out drain

I cleared the drain with a wire, compressed air and several swabs. Still have puddle when using the A/C. I don't see any dripping from the newly installed drain line. There is some condensation on the box but I havn't seen it heavy enough to start dripping. The other odd thing is that I don't notice water on the higher sections of the transmission hump--where I would expect to see it if it were coming from the a/c.

The driver side of this car has what appears to be a drainage nipple about a third of the way back from the fire wall on the underside. What does that nipple drain?

Also-Are there any tutorials on post .jpg photos? I wasn't able to upload them last night.
Richard

Lightbulb suggest

remove blower motor.
squirt water into evap core area and check drain for output volume.
The case must be very clean or it can still fail to drain.

Update

Well I took the blower motor out and loader the coil and surrounding box with a commercial coil cleaner, let sit then rinsed. Did this 4 times and monitored the drainage from both drain lines. The center drain looked good-nice flow. I did pull some junk out of the box. Will dry and reassemble tomorrow then road test.
