Thank you for the advise, but the fact is that it is not idling better when cold. I just feel a slight rocking, and I've played with the bolt back and forth, but nothing really seems different. I guess I'm expecting too much?? But defintley much better than the rocking before.!!!

1985 300SD (W126) 300K miles

I experienced rough idle after a cold start. Engine would stall and quit if I did not let it warm up for a minute or so. New glow plugs solved problem. Engine now starts fast and runs smooth after start. '82 300D.
