Ever used ******** ??
Has anyone here ever used ********.com for any parts? Their prices are MUCH lower than others I have browsed. I saw a timing chain for my MB for under $50.00!!! Is this too good to be true?

Thanks for the info, not bad prices and good selection. I am worried that maybe ******** may not ship timely or have sub-standard parts. I might try them for a cheap part to see how they do...

I use Fastlane and *************** , sometimes Ebay when the prices are right. I.E. WAY cheaper than usual on NOS items after factoring in shipping.
Both of the places I mentioned offer free shipping when you excede a fairly low minimum order. Never discount the value that provides and don't just look it parts prices. Some places make up for it in higher than actual S&H charges.

They keep the site and also they have Phil who is a nice guy. Being a nice guy goes quite a long way with me. I do NOT like to deal with smug types. I'll get rowdy right quick.
I have bought stuff from **************.com, but that was only because of the abbreviated instruction sheets that come with most of the common wear items that everybody always replaces when they first get their MBs. Now I have found that if I save the picture of the item/instruction sheet and blow it up in Photoshop I can just barely read the sheet and glean the essential info from it that way, but I'll order the part from Fastlane, which is usually cheaper. Me= cheapskate
