New-style glow plug upgrade kit

Hello,

I understand there is an upgrade kit which would convert a W115 200D to the "new" style pencil glow plugs. All of the kits I've seen have jumper wires, four glow plugs, and a relay.

I read somewhere on this board that a new "keyswitch" is included and the pull knob is no longer used. Can anyone shed some light on whether this keyswitch comes with the kit and what does it do?

From what I can guess, a new keyswitch would add a "glow" and "start" position to the existing "off/unlock steering/accessories on" positions. Then you could use the key to do everything rather than using the pull knob for "glow" and "start".... am I correct?

Thanks!
Neal
