fuel leak after glow plug service

fuel leak after glow plug service

I just had the local dealer do a complete glowplug service on my 97 E300 and now there is a puddle of diesel fuel in my garage under the motor. Does anyone have any idea how the glow plug service might have caused a fuel leak? Thanks
