Am I being a pack rat?
I am sending the 300D parts car to the scrap yard next week, and would like to pull parts that may come in handy in the future for my daily driver.
I am mostly thinking in terms of electrical/climate control stuff. (the motor and trans/rear end are on the way out today. So far my self genereated list is: windsheld wiper motor/assembely gages all switches blower motor fuses Brake booster What about the relay switches? do they fail, or am I wasting my time thinking of all this stuff. Driveshaft? A/C stuff? May be I am being a pack rat, but they dont make this stuff any more, and I usually regret tossing some thing out only to have and pay $$ for it later.

I would definitely keep those cause when something does go wrong with your car you will say to yourself..."Damn, I should have kept that part." Take out your bulb socket holders from the back too just in case so you have a spare as well. Take your glow plug relay, corner lights, headlights, keep a front and a rear window motor, front and rear window regulator, at least one inside door handle, the dome light, glove box door ETC.
