Which injector heat sheld do I need?

I was looking at fastlane for injector heat shields and there are two different sizes.. how do I tell which ones I need. This is for a 84 300TD, Although I am taking the injectors off my 83 300D... parts car. Obviously I want the bigger injectors

but only if they would fit.
