Oil Leaks

When you discover an oil leak, do you immediately repair? My mechanic, an indy, says that D's are leakers and if you fix one leak another will appear soon.

Does that sound right? I have had this car for five years. It is a great vehicle and has never given me any problem. Although, I do maintain it well.

I have a leak at the oil filter housing mount to the engine and the oil cooler lines leak at the coupling with the oil cooler.
