yuck yuck... nasty color

they were thinking.................
..................that someone might like emerald green.
Somebody bought it, so, they were probably right. :D My dear friend who is a wholesaler in the used car business puts it this way: "There is an ass for every seat" |
Beauty is in the eye of.....
They were thinking: There is an ass for every seat.
Ever see the lime green color on Porsches? We called it anti-theft green. Too ugly to steal. |

Ever seen that houndstooth pattern cloth they use on Euro models? Very tasteful and understated. NOT!
|
I don't know, I kind of like it! :D I'm not kidding I would buy it just to have the only one, besides it looks clean.
|
I wouldn't want the interior that color....don't believe Coverlay makes a green dash cap :D

If the price was right I would take it. SDL's are tough to find! And I've seen worse.... Ever seen gold with the red interior? Kinda looked like the decor in a Chinese restaurant. RT
|
Yep their is! :D I am a sucker for a rare car.
|
That's a 300SEL.
|
Someone posted a pic of a navy blue 140 car, with a red interior. You want rare, That's your car.
It's somewhere on the forum. |
The father of a friend of mine bought an 80-81 Caddy Eldorado with that color combination. As an added bonus it had the dark green landau top. We still laugh about that car.
|
WOW, on a 140, I didn't even know Red or burgandy was an offered interior color since 1989
|
Oh my. At least it's clean and not worn out!
I don't think I could handle gold paint with red leather. Of course, I'm not really a fan of my color combination either... teal paint with tan leather. I'd rather have black on black or another dark color with black leather. edit: hey... 500th post. |
