Little black chunks of plastic found when lubing sunroof rails...
Anyone know what they are? There were 3 chunks about the size of nickles but about 1/2 inch thick. Lubed the rails and it's still sometimes slow... I know I'll have to take the headliner part off, no sweat, but I can't find parts to match those broken black bits...
In the archives I saw reference to sliding pads up there (ridiculously expensive) but I can't find them. Any wisdom or pointers to parts? Thanks y'all. LOVING my black 240 with the chrome Centre's. Ash

If they have a velvety texture on the outside, they would probably be the parts where the roof mechanism actually uses to sit on the rail and slides on.
