The prices I am quoting is in Candaian $$ It works out to roughly 12,500 US$$
I am hoping to get it for around 10,000 US$$

Herb sold a few weeks back a very nice 1998 E300D, 160k for $13k +/-.
For $10k (US) and up I would be thinking W210. The 606 is a very good engine and the 5spd auto is a very nice trans.
