92 or 95 ? 300d turbo

All things being equal which car would be better concerning longevity and lower/easier maintenance.

I looked at a 92 and 95 the other day and I'm leaning towards the 92 because I could actually see the engine where as the 95 was covered by the big intake. This is the listing for the 92. The 95 he doesn't have listed, but it's there.
