Anyone try Rentar Fuel Catalyst?

Has anyone tried a Rentar on their diesel? I heard of one user in FLA who had a very tired 300D and it perked it right up. Said the smoking was down and the engine was much smoother. Rentar claims they have seen mileage improvements anywhere from 2-25%, quite a spread but every engine is different.
