well the old radiator bit the dust

sorry i havent posted lately ive been so busy. i worked 72 hours last week and ive got 50 this week. anyways the other night i had a concert to go to and when i was on my way the powerbrakes went out and the radiator neck broke where the hose connects. luckily i was only about 30seconds away from a taco bell and a bashas. so i stopped and managed to get it all back together. well i got it home and tryed to fix it with all kinds of different things well last night i finally gave up and ordered a new one. i picked it up today and i must say it cools just as good as the behr. so all in all im out $300 but the car is back on the road. just thought id share my story

You have got to love plastic radiators!

For $300 it had better be a Behr.

I'll second that. The best price I could find for a Behr was OVER $300, so I ended up getting a Valeo for $170 delivered. We spend enough on parts as it is, it really does pay to shop around.
