1995 E300D - turbo conversion?

How difficult would it be to swap in a 98/99 E300D turbo motor in a 95 E300D (non-turbo)? Would the engine bolt right up to the 95's 4 speed transmission?

I have some experience with engine swaps...a while back I installed a 1982 Porsche 3.0 engine into a 1969 911E.
