Biobor JF can be ordered from West Marine on their website. It is considered a hazardous material, so better if you can pick it up in one of their stores. You can search for the closest store by state on their website.

My understanding of the hazardous material status is that it is not hazardous if used correctly (burned in fuel), but it is a serious fish killer if it gets in the water.
