124 rear suspension
for those of you with 124's I took these pics yesterday of one I was working on. Apparently this is a common item that wears out on this model.
Just a suggestion for you all to check yours ![]() (Also found the e-brake shoes coming apart when I did it, good time to replace them as well) needed parts: 210-350-33-06 arms (2) 210-350-45-06 bolt kits (2) 124-420-07-20 e-brake kit

I've never seen one that bad - Was there any rubber left in the bushing?

Maybe you could help me with this as no one would answer me in tech help awhile ago. I replaced all of those control arms on my father's 300E, however, it still has noticable negative camber /--\ Couls springs cause it to do this? or subframe bushings? The lower control arm bushing doesn't appear to be bad and neither does the bearing holder bushing (where it is connected to the lower control arm). We don't have any major weight in the car, so what gives?
Some of those can be really tricky, especially that upper most one, I just took a large pair of channel locks and bent it out to give easy access. ![]() Thanks David

neg camb
the links in the pics would not affect camber i dont think. some neg camb is normal on 124's, more than on the front, i bleieve.

From time to time I'll see one on the road like that with the tops tilted inward but I have yet to be able to inspect one up close to figure out whats causing it.
there was some rubber left...but not much!
