Best trans. fluid?

I'm sure the info is in the search list but I haven't been able to find it.
What is the best transmission fluid to use? I'm going to change fluid and want to use whats best for this car.
I know there are probably as many choices as there are people reading this but I hope to be able to make a wise decision.
As a side note I just changed the brake guide rod mounts - what a difference.
