injection pump failure
My 95 606 non turbo.
The bolt fell out of the injection pump gear and it just stopped. It needs a new bolt and the pump spline has a few nicks. The gear is still hooked to the chain. How do I get the pump timing back? About a year ago the vacuum pump destroyed the gear and afte I put it back together Mercedes charged me $770.00 for timing adjustment. Thanks for any help.
