None MB Question

I know this is way off subject but has any one any knowledge of Honda Civics?
I need to replace a headlight on a 1990 Civic and can't access the bottom bolt for the assembly. How do you get to it?
I tried finding a Honda forum but they were all about body kits and stuff.
