Engine Flush, by Gunk.

I bought a container of Engine Flush™, made by Gunk®.

The container says to pour it into the engine, and let it idle for five minutes before changing the oil.

AAANNNyway, I was just curious if anyone else has used this stuff in the past, and if it is safe for my little Benzo. Also, I'm wondering if it will be alright if I run this stuff in the engine when it's warm (I just got back from grocery shopping)
