subframe bushings

Hope someone out there can help. The differential mounts on my 87 124 are completely shot, the rubber is gone and the rear end clunks back and forth upon acceleration/decelleration. These are the two that face the back of the car, and they look like they are pressed into the subframe. There are two large allen head bolts thru them.
How hard is it to change these? Will I have to disassemble the entire rear subframe? I've done bushing work before on American front ends before, but nothing like this.
Hope someone has done this............Thanks, Brian
