Hi:
Can someone enlighten me on how to properly test the pressure converter on an '85 300. Before it's last trip to have the swaybar replaced everything worked like new, now I have no turbo, it won't stop when I turn off the key and it shifts really bad. Smells like a vacuum line somewhere was hooked up wrong. Anyways, in trying to find the vac problem I noticed that the EGR line was plugged going into the pressure converter. I tested the EGR valve and it appears to be bad (155K miles)unplugging or plugging the line doesn't seem to make any differnce. Any ideas?? PS: I bought the mercedes CD from the parts shop, but I can't find anything on how to test the pressure converter. |
