Arrow Fixed my side trim...

Finally got to scrape off the old Gorilla Glue from the inside of my passenger door side trim today...
Went to the STealership in Pompano...and got 7 tiny little trim fasteners, (the white ones), for $2.00 each!!! and a new oil drain plug for $5.00;
The sad thing is that the parts guy on the phone quoted me $2. each; and when I got there the other parts guy asked for $3.00 for each to total $21.00 for 7 tiny little plastic things.....Crooks!
If those were sold in a Home Depot they would be 10 in a packet for $1.50..

I'll be back there soon....not.

Are these just like the little "red button" fasteners, only the white ones are slightly larger?

I've got just the same problem with the front fender side trim. I bought new red buttons, they snap onto the trim strip fine but won't hold it inside the holes in the fender. It seems like the fender holes are too large for them.

I just bought some of those from http://www.*************** and they were really reasonable. The red ones were only 11 cents each and the white ones were way less than a buck, IIRC.
