Changed trans fluid today (pics)

First trans fluid change, I know this is not too technical, but here are a couple pics for anyone who wants to know where the torque converter plug is.

This was by far the easiest trans fluid change I have done on any car, the drainplug on the pan eliminates dumping a panful on the lap, the rubber gasket rocks, and only 6 bolts hold the pan on!

Torque converter drain:

Draining pan:

Fitting new filter into place:

While the holes drained, the steps involved in a manual swap were running through my head.

I need to do mine. Can I come use your garage, so I can get under my car as easy as you? I wish my garage had a pit like yours. That would save me a lot of work.

Nice pics!

I just did that yesterday! I wish I had a pit inside a spacious garage like you though!!! Maybe once we redo our garage sometime in the future.... For now I did it with the front of the car on ramps. I am die-hard!!!
