77 300D with 68K???
I just purchased this 77 300D with the odometer showing 68K. The car was worth the money I paid, even if the miles are not accurate, so that is not a problem, however, I would love to be able to prove the miles. Unfortunately, I do not have any records for the car. I am trying to find out as much info as I can. A few of the entries in the service booklet have been stamped, and the first 2-3 are stamped by dealers in Europe, leading me to believe this might have either been a euro car, or at least an American model with factory delivery. What suggestions do you have, for getting any info?

Call the dealer and see what they can tell you.
And please post some pictures for us!

drive it and see if the odometer moves.........on a regular basis....bet it doesn't, many share that problem. But the fix is easy.
