Ditto.

I don't think I've ever actually restored a cheap car...

Yeah..if it was so cheap and easy why didn't they do so? They would get more for it.

Yeah and 87k. How many times ya think that speedo has been turned over?

Don't blame either of them for not restoring...they'd never get their money out of either one.

Cheers,

Bill

But he could have completed it all on a Saturday afternoon!

(before anyone considers that car... read his feedback)

In one of his negs, he justifies not allowing anyone to see the car until they pay in full.

my 62 190c

was that color. navy interior. very nice car.

it looked as good as that one but the floor was very holey!

no complaints though, i paid 500 for it drove it 80k collected over 400 in insurance claims when other folks hit me, never fixed any of the body damage and sold it for 300.

tired of working on benzes i replaced it with a 66 corvair.....go figure.

Why would anybody ever buy a vehicle from this seller? Private is one thing but the feedback comments are available.
Here is the dirty truth in condensed version:

Every one of the car dealers has bad feedback but this guys is the worse I've seen. Even some of the positives were changed to read neg.

Did you see that one positive the the buyer says "Earl is a no good bs'er ---hole? Obviously the buyer left positive before seeing that car.

He'll either switch his ID soon or be booted off.

Cheers,

Bill
