I was just looking at some photos of a 240D engine bay and was noticing how the engine just seems to fit right there nice and tight, right in between the wheel wells. Snug as a bug in a rug! Kind of an odd thing to notice I know. Stuff isn't overly packed in like all the new cars, where you can't even stick you hands in anywhere and you have to pull five things off to get to the part you want.
