Is there a question here?
or a suggestion?

How do you filter WVO with TP?

Doesn't seem like this has any chance of working at all.

I hate to even think about TP as a possible filter. All I see is a great big sticky paper wad. WVO evaporates into a glue that NASA could use to secure tiles to the space shuttle. Adding paper to this glue is just scarry. I get an occasional leaf or two stuck to my drums out back. They don’t just wash off. I can’t imagine getting rump-ribbon stuck to them.
