Not leather, dark brown textured vinyl..... excellent condition, no sagging or deflated driver's seat, also door pockets intact.

Not for everyone, but I replaced my seats with those from a later model BMW. Should have done it years ago. A couple pics in this thread:

Replaced MB Seats With Non-Benz SEATS?

You're welcome. Nobody else will ever own my car unless I give it to one of my children, so I did it. For me, my back doesn't hurt driving it, the seat heat is adjustable, etc. But if you plan on selling your car soon, I wouldn't recommend it.
