Replacing camshaft-need bolt torques

I am replacing the cam finally on my 617.912 engine, I think he gave me the wrong cam though as I am seeing several thousandths less of lift on the new lobe heights (checked with micrometer prior to installing), could this be for a turbo engine? I'm taking old and new cams back tomorrow to verify them.

My primary reason for this post is that I need to know what the bolt torques are for the following so I can get this puppy back together correctly:

Cam tower mounting & head bolts
Small cam tower holddown nuts
Rocker rail stand mount bolts
Cam gear bolt
Oiling rail bolts

Any help would be appreciated, I will also have to look at my chain tensioner guide, I noticed it sitting off to one side on the chain, might be from me stuffing the rag in there though earlier to ensure the cam thrust washer stayed up top.
