300SD Shutter when breaking

I had a problem a while ago, when I was breaking the whole front end would shutter. I did a break job, that didn't work; I found that I had a bad ball joint. I replaced the ball joint and it was better but still shaking while breaking. Then I replaced everything.... all the steering rods, all the remaining ball joints and the break reaction rod bushings. I think that’s what they are called. They are about 3 inches in diameter and are pushed into the frame. They attach the long rod coming back off the lower control arm to the frame. The car has been great after that... but I’ve been noticing that the shutter is coming back. With all the parts under my front end are only about a year old I don't know what could be causing the problem.
