Hi All--new to the forums, wondering whether anyone has an idea about how to remove this factory spare tank in the trunk? Need the space, want to go with a smaller tank for veg oil later. Thanks much--

.... i recomend just leaving the tank in there..



its simple.. on the w123 just remove the bulkhead.. then unbolt the tank, remove the fuel lines (make sure its empty) gently pull out the left side and follow through with the right removing the tank sideways so the fuel filler neck clears the hole its attached and the trunk
