Horrible bumping noise
coming from the rear. The sound moves from side to side....Thump....Rumble....Thump....then stops. It happens when making a turn or running up a steep hill. I just heard this today when I went to the Post Office...wasn't sure I'd even make it home!
Spent my lunch hour jacking up the rear end and looking for the source....and could not find a thing that would account for that noise. But I knew I did not want to drive it like that anymore. So, I popped open the hatch to unload some ammo cans outta the cargo hold and I found my noise! A bottle of Gatorade! It Rumbles as it rolls across the floor and goes Thump when it hits the sides. Big ole red face on me! It was a real easy fix...I drank the stuff and threw away the bottle. May all your problems be as easy to solve and may you have the common sense to check for the simple things first!

You needed the Gatorade after all that jacking in the Texas heat. Fortunately, not too bad here lately. (only 95 degrees )
